BlogMas 3: Day 8

PREAMBLE

Today is the 8th day.

Should have done a podcast since Monday, will hopefully do that before the week is over.

REFILL

Drink water.

Eat food.

Have a nap.

If you can, do not over stress.

As much as possible avoid conflict.

If you are angry, find a place to take more breathe and blow them out.

Do not pour your frustration on innocent people. Let no one get hurt because you are angry.

If you are very irritated, find some worthwhile to do.

A friend once suggested boxing lessons. It would be a good place to start

If it is a situation you can talk it out, then good for you. If not seek a healthy alternative.

I repeat, do not pour your frustration on innocent people.

Watch something funny and try and laugh.

If you can, meet light hearted individuals who can cheer you up.

Talk to God and be honest.

Keyword is honesty. God already knows but tell Him

Meditate on the word of God.

Do not be overwhelmed with stress, anger or offence.

Breathe out

If you are okay, in a great mood, continue and help others feel better too.

Psalms 23:3  He restoreth my soul: He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for His name's sake.(KJV)

Today’s part is very short but longer than day 7.

I hope to do a podcast soon.

Today I was initially sluggish but managed to move from level 3 to level 2 of energy (check Day 2) then it progressed to become stressful at the tail end.

I was able to do some edits and planned to share some messages to those on my mailing list but that will be completed tommorrow.
